What used to be creatingstyle.co.nz is being relaunched and rebranded as bgarchitect.co.nz
It has been over 3 years since the original portfolio website of urban designer and architect Bernd Gundermann was launched and it was critical that this new website under a new domain sets itself apart from other architects websites on the web.
The website focuses on an image based navigation that reflects each category of the image with a strikingly colourful border overlay. Alternatively a clever use of jQuery and javascripting allows the user to navigate by category via buttons at the top of the page without having to reload the page or reload any of the content.
Luckily with modern internet speed it is possible to create an index page that contains over fifty images. However it is also clear that once this page is loaded everything else should be smooth with next to no waiting times.
